Conveniently situated for several local tourist attractions, with beaches and Exeter City Centre only a few miles away, a warm welcome awaits you with something for everyone when you visit us at The Cat & Fiddle.

We offer an A’La Carte menu, Chef’s Specials and our famous Farmhouse Carvery in a large and spacious ‘home from home’ dining area. Under 5’s can enjoy our large new indoor soft play area; the perfect place to let off steam. And with 2 large patio areas, it’s the ideal way to enjoy the sunshine and some Alfresco dining.

"We looked at lots of places to hold a family 50th wedding anniversary dinner with the family, I hadn’t been here for years but heard it had been refurbished so gave it a try. From the minute I walked in I was impressed, very smart and helpful staff, very clean. Staff really couldn’t do enough so we booked the snug which is part of the pub but you get that little bit of privacy, we were allowed in early to decorate and were happy for us to bring our own cake. On the evening again the staff were so lovely, everyone was so very impressed with their food and service. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. Thank you"
